Visbella Leather swell fix kit
Visbella DIY leather swell fix kit is very handy and easy to help you to repair the minor sags on door panels or delaminated fabric on car ceilings (headliners) and visors in minutes. Visbella DIY leather swell fix kit has a specialized syringe adhesive applicator that allows the user to inject directly into hard-to-reach areas that would otherwise be impossible to repair. This kits uses specialized high-heat adhesive that is able to withstand hot vehicle interiors and no-harm fasteners that make for a lasting and professional looking repair.
Instructions
Clean area to be repaired of loose debris and dirt, twist on needle to based of syringe and Remove protective needle cover until ready to use.
Distinguish which glue will be used, based on what the material are we start to bonding:
Repair Fix Type 1 – used for bonding the fabric and leather.
Repair Fix Type 2 – used for bonding the fabric and metal.
Step 1
Choose a suitable adhesive and open adhesive package, carefully insert needle into adhesive. Slowly pull plunger out to fill syringe. Please according to 1ML/3cm to insert the adhesive, kindly noted the scale on the syringe.
Find a right position to insert the adhesive, the position should be the edge of bubble.Slowly depress plunger, releasing adhesive over entire repair area. Do not apply to much adhesive.Please apply the adhesive from different edge of bubble if the repair area is large,to make sure the adhesive can contact with the broken area completely.
