DIY FUEL TANK & RADIATOR REPAIR KIT permanently repairs gasoline and diesel fuel tank leaks. The kit contains complete accessories for making professional-quality repairs in just minutes. Includes state-of-the-art components and to make quick permanent repairs to leaks in all types of metal fuel tanks. Repair will be completed after the resin cures in 30 minutes. Tank could be refilled after 30 minutes or when the repair is tack free. The repair resin is designed to harden within 3–5minutes and cures in 10 minutes. Repairs can be made ideally at temperatures from 50℉ to 75℉ (10℃ to 24℃). Repairs made at lower temperatures will take longer to cure.

Step 1

Before applying to the smooth surface, lightly sand the surface with the sanding paper. Surface to be repaired must be clean, dry and dust free. Clean with an alcohol wipe. Put on plastic gloves.

Using the spreader, or a utility knife, cut off the required amount of epoxy putty. Using wet fingers knead the epoxy putty together until a uniform feeling is achieved. Immediately apply mixed product to the repair area using wet fingers to work putty into repair area. Use wet fingers to smooth texture.

Remove excess epoxy with wet spreader before epoxy hardens. Hardens in 5 minutes.

Step 3

If necessary remove scratches using a Fine Rubbing Compound following product instructions.
